RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Returns & Exchanges are only available for unworn/undamaged/unwashed merchandise accompanied with your original reciept. Sale items are final sale, and not eligible for returns and exchanges. 

2. Returns & Exchanges will not be available after 30 days of purchase.

3. Matsumoto Shave Ice does not accept exchanges or returns for INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. All sales are final.

3. If an incorrect/damaged/misprinted item was sent for an online purchase, please notify us at info@matsumotoshaveice.com within 14 days of delivery and we will be happy to re-send the correct items or provide you with a full refund. If you purchased an incorrect/damaged/misprinted item in-store, please visit our shop in person for a refund/exchange. We cannot mail out replacements for in-store purchases.

4. If you would like to exchange an item for another size please notify us at info@matsumotoshaveice.com Once we receive your return we will send out the replacement item. We will not be responsible for shipping costs($6+). 

5. If you would like to return/exchange an item you bought in store, you will need to mail us your item and original receipt. Once we receive your return we will send out the replacement item. We will not be responsible for shipping costs($6+).

6. Before sending back merchandise, please notify us at info@matsumotoshaveice.com. Some replacement items might not be available. Please do not return a product without prior approval. 

7. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return your unworn/unused product for a full refund(shipping & handling not included).

8. If an item is out of stock, an e-mail will be sent asking if you would like to cancel the order or replace the item. Items out of stock that are not replaced will be refunded.
