Can I pre-order Matsumoto products?

Yes, we offer pre-order on select items. If an item is available for pre-order, you will see a “PRE-ORDER” button on the product page.

Please note, just adding items to your bag does not reserve them. You need to finish the checkout process to confirm your pre-order!

When will I be charged for my order?

Your payment account will be charged at the time you place the pre-order.

When will I receive my order?

We will list the shipping date in the description box of your product above the pre-order button, and you will be sent a notification email when the order ships.
